After installing and rejecting just about every popup plugin in the WordPress repository (there is some truly disastrous code out there), finding this was like being saved from drowning. The interface is sane and massively functional; the developer is rational, inspired and responsive; popups can have shortcodes, including Contact Form 7 and many others; popups are created in the regular editor and you have complete control over the HTML and CSS. And there are no ghastly templates to get tired of. If, like me, you have been trawling around in desperation to find a WordPress popup plugin that actually works, I can totally recommend the pro version of this plugin – and even the free version is good. Ironically my several days in the popup ghetto followed the purchase of another superb plugin by this developer – GeoTargeting Pro, for which there is a light version available on here. The most pleasant surprise was to see that once you put your Google Analytics code into this plugin, it creates and fires its own events, allowing you to see interaction and conversions happening in Google Analytics in real time. It would be nice to be able to name the event categories, but…well, there are a lot of fascinating features for this plugin which can be added on manually from GitHub, free, presumably to see which might be worth implementing in the main UI later. Is it perfect? No. But it gets nearer than any other plugin of its type. This is the kind of experience with a plugin and a developer that makes you believe in WordPress again.

Works perfectly as described, but there is a critical issue which is that the pop-up will close after the time set no matter what, even if a user is entering in data in the fields.

Very good plugin to show snowflakes on your screen. You can even change the picture by another one, like dead leaves picture for automn ! Perhaps, one day, the dead leaves will “turn”… ???? ! Please find the same concept for each seasons ???? ! Thank you for this first one ???? !

very useful and nice plugin but even after disabling it on mobile screen it still works on phone, any workaround or update please? that is critical for me. And maybe a random image out of a number of images like 5 or 10 and adding some movement file falling would be awesome on top of this brilliant work. At the default 25 flakes, my core i7 is running at 25% CPU in Firefox. (ie 100% of one core). This is due to poorly JS code which makes performance terrible. Please update your JS code to be more lightweight and you will be the first snowfall plugin that doesn’t impact site performance.

I’ve installed Intercom at two sites now using this plugin, and have found it to work quite smoothly, though customizing the “launcher” beyond shape and color requires working with the javascript API, which is not currently facilitated by the plugin.

UX change, 100% funnels to trial. Unfortunately, now you have to have a legacy account just to try it out. This means POC periods are crammed into their trail period, that breaks the effectiveness offered a week ago… Plus, they are not keeping track of people spinning wheels on their site. This is one of those plugins where you think it should be native to WordPress, and absolutely should be used by 100x more people. It gives a lot more design possibilities than you can create through other mechanisms, and it has a really low learning curve.

I’ve worked with similar sections plugins before. And one of the biggest issues is that they don’t play well with qtranslate x. This plugin however works flawlessly. You do have to write your stylesheets manually for each section though. Which might be a barrier for novice users. But it’s a new plugin and I love where this is going. To the developers I’d like to say. Keep up the good work.

I find that this plugin does what it’s supposed to do, and then some. Pity that often, I do not write code which is very serious, because if I did, then this plugin would allow me to blog about that code in style. ???? The instructions should be followed however, to download the JS and CSS Files from the prescribed Web-site, suggested by the plugin author, and to create a directory wherever our blog has its ‘uploads’ folder, so that a subdirectory exists with the name ‘…/uploads/prism/’ , and then to put those two customized files into that directory. This does not strike me as complicated, but fulfills the promise that the color scheme etc. can be customized. That version of the plugin will be used for the public version of our blog, while the built-in version of the files will be used in our editor preview panel. Dirk

I have tried so many of this companies products and it is clear they do not have a testing strategy. They may go to market too fast because they clearly do not fully test their products in different scenarios. Even a base install of wordpress with nothing else installed and you still cannot get this transcoder to simply handle input of the license key. Not good.

I utilized this plugin to generate random text links. It works fine on the default rotation setting but not at all on the random setting. On your widget you state that when using large numbers of entries, that some will never show up in random mode. I’m using 9 (soon to be 12) text links and it only brings up the first row in the database. Could this be because the random function has a static number used as the maximum random value? I know PHP but am just learning WordPress hooks & functions. I will try and look at the underlying code when I get a chance. When I use the random function in a LAMP environment I make 2 database queries. One to get the row count of files, then I use that variable as the maximum value when I call the random function.

I have problem, i just started with WP and migrate my web from another CMS, so I have enabled debug mode and it says: Notice: The called constructor method for WP_Widget in randomize is deprecated since version 4.3.0! Use __construct() instead. Can comebody fix this plugin? Yes, I know if I disable debug mode, message goes away.

Fantastic plugin. A fun little breath of fresh air. My only gripe (though I still gave it five stars) is I’ve caught a couple of typo’s (ie; the quote I based my review title on is missing a space. “Yeah,well, this is…”). Would also be a nice touch to replace the “Howdy, admin” salutation. But hey, it’s just a little fun, right? Fuckin’ A. ????

Love the plugin, no doubt. But for some reason when I turn it on. It switches my language for admin back end to English, same happens for all texts I translated to Dutch for the theme. While my client wants Dutch. When I disable the plugin. It switches back to the installed Dutch. Look into why it loads the wrong .mo file and you have got a winner. ???? Best regards, K

Der Yann reagierte zeitnah, sodass die Benutzung sorgenfrei weiter möglich war. Er reagiert sogar auf Mails und fixt Sachen auf privatem Weg. The first concern came when Google assumed a key and apparently changed something in the API. The Yann responded promptly, so that the use was possible without worry. This is a new plugin, and I think I may have been early adopter here. The potential for this is great. Basically it re-cuts thumbnails (or other sizes) as hexagons and displays them hyperlinked on the page in a widget or shortcode. The pro version certainly makes the product a lot more powerful and the E10 is worth the effort. This is a plugin that can help your site stand out from the crowd. And the developers are keen, quick to respond, and are open to suggestions. I think this is doing to take off. The rebuild with new functionality was delivered within the week. I am very impressed.

I was having the problem of getting a single email every time there was a spam comment. This plugin solves that problem. I only get one email once a day with all of the activity for the day and then I can process all of the spam comments. Wonderfull. ????
